Accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy access ramps, spacious elevators, and handrails in place to ensure a safe and convenient stay.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. A dedicated concierge service or helpful attendants specifically trained to support older visitors would have made the vacation even more enjoyable for us.

I recently stayed at Pirin Place in a conveniently located apartment with a balcony. The apartment had four separate berths, perfect for our group. The best part was its proximity to the gondola lift, just a few steps away. , there were excellent restaurants nearby, including the Victoria restaurant just 20 steps away. The hosts were very helpful on our first night and provided all the necessary information. we were very satisfied with our stay.

The apartments themselves are well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the apartments is commendable, with no signs of dust or dirt. The decor is stylish and the beds and couches are cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were some issues with the showers in both apartments. The shower head holders were not functioning properly, which made the shower experience less than ideal.

Ski-to-door access: I felt like a snow warrior, conquering the slopes effortlessly with the convenience of stepping right out of the hotel and onto the ski trails. It was a thrilling experience that made me feel like the winter version of James Bond.
